I have a friend who’s been exercising and eating healthy for a few months now and she looks amazing. Not that she looked bad before, but she’s so in shape. I wish I had the will to be like that. Instead I spent last week eating cheesecake everyday. I haven’t totally stuck to being vegan, but I, for the most part, have been eating vegan and healthy foods. But I also gained 4 pounds over Christmas, I am trying to lose this and get back to how I was pre-Christmas.
