Doing What Needs To Be Done

I have this friend who has been suffering from depression for a while now. At first it was just them feel down about themselves. Then it turned into them harming themselves and having suicidal thoughts. It has just kept escalating.

Lately it’s gotten to the point where I’m afraid this person might really do something bad to themselves.

Today I finally went to someone who I knew would be able to help them. I’m not sure he will ever talk to me again, but at least I tried.
