These may be shitty pictures, but I have once again left vactionland so a short adventure. While I always love seeing this bridge and leaving Maine behind, the feeling of peace when I pass back over it is just as nice. It’s like an instant feel of relief to be home. Also the sunset is gorgeous tonight, but I’m in the backseat and the opposite side so I can’t get a good photo of it.
They are a little late this year, but finally we are at peak foliage! I’ve also seen a lot of geese and ducks headed south lately so maybe snow will be coming soon? A girl can dream.
Finally Maine is starting to move to clean energy. It’s slow, but there’s progress.
Yesterday I went to the Fryeburg fair. I saw one of the cutest little fluffy chickens, some sick sheep owners had recipes for sheep on the door to their sheep, and a scary looking wood splitter that looks like you’d for sure lose some fingers. Some of my face also got sun burned, so there’s that.
Today I went for a nice little walk in the woods with the boob toucher, then puker. No boobs were touched today. It was an adventure to say the least.
One of my favorite things about fall.
